Cancellation Policy
Deposits on services are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. Once the 48 hour window is reached, contact David directly in order to avoid cancellation fees. Anything less than a 24 hour notice may result in a full service charge if your appointment slot cannot be filled. Deposits for hair extensions are non refundable. If you’ve put down a deposit for new extensions, and for any reason decide not to go through with your installation, your deposit can be used as a credit for Color and/or Brazilian Blowout services.
